Feast, a Local Catering Company, to Open a New Location in Crestline Village on July 1

Summary

Mark your calendars! Feast, a renowned local catering company, is set to open its new brick and mortar outlet in Crestline Village. Scheduled to open doors on July 1, this collaboration between local chef Lindsey Noto-King and entrepreneur Brett Ables is bound to be a game changer for the Birmingham culinary scene.

When Brilliant Minds Collaborate

Known for creating vibrant and flavor-filled dishes, local chef Lindsey Noto-King rose to fame after competing on the famous TV show Guy’s Grocery Games. Following her stint on the show, she co-founded the platform Croux, aimed at temporary staffing and hospitality.

Feast founder, Brett Ables, has been supporting local businesses since 2020. Feast has been instrumental in assisting struggling companies to reach multiple venues. Brett shares, “What led to starting this kitchen is seeing a demand from the customers looking for catering items that you’re not always able to get at restaurants.” He believes the new collaboration with King will further help tap a wider variety of mainstream customers.

Brett’s Pick For The Perfect Chef

When asked about his decision to collaborate with Chef King, Brett confesses that there was just one name in his mind. He shares, “We’re thrilled to be partnering with a chef of her caliber. We wanted to identify the chef who fit the vision and Lindsey most definitly fits that vision.”

It’s no surprise that his choice was confimed by her love for food, which started at a young age while watching her grandma make scrumptious Italian cuisines. Chef King reveals, “Every Sunday, we would all go and eat spaghetti and spend all day Saturday making meatballs. I was just always so fascinated by what they were doing in the kitchen because there was always so much action.”

What’s Next?

Birmingham residents can soon savor the vibrant and flavor-full meals by this commendable duo at their new brick & mortar location at 81 Church Street Unit 104, Mountain Brook, Alabama 35213. Feast is also planning to host a number of cooking classes later this year. Followers are encouraged to stay updated through their social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.

This collaboration is sure to offer a feast to both, eyes and taste-buds!
