Second Crash Strikes Later in the Day

10:35 a.m. This second heartbreaking incident occurred on Alabama 151 at Pinson Boulevard, involving Rita Faye Edwards, a beloved 75-year-old from Birmingham. Just like the earlier crash, it was a two-vehicle wreck.

Edwards, who was behind the wheel of one of the vehicles, was also transported to UAB Hospital.
