Just days later, Birmingham Police apprehended him on new firearm and drug charges.

Authorities allege he killed Diontranet Brown, 35 years old, in a targeted shooting, although Brown was not the intended victim. Just two days later, in a separate incident outside a club in Five Points South, McDaniel is accused of murdering four individuals and injuring 17 others in what police are considering potentially a murder-for-hire case.
The investigations concluded with a shocking revelation that less than 24 hours later, McDaniel allegedly committed another killing, this time of Jamarcus McIntyre, alongside shootings of additional victims.
