Roth explained, “Our other teen programs are loud and chaotic. It’s nice to provide both types of spaces.” They aimed to create a peaceful environment for students to relax and recharge.

The ambiance at the Cozy Catfe was thoughtfully designed to encourage relaxation. The librarians set the mood by dimming the lights and playing a calming fireplace video on YouTube.
