Exciting Times Ahead for Huntsville as Town Madison Development Nears Completion

Huntsville is buzzing with excitement as the Town Madison development continues to take shape. Located just off Interstate 565, this ambitious project is currently at about 60%-65% completion and promises to transform the area into a vibrant hub for both residents and visitors alike.

A Big Investment into Our Future

The overall investment in Town Madison is over $2.2 billion, showcasing the commitment to enhancing the city’s amenities and lifestyle. It’s not just about buildings; it’s about creating a thriving community!

Hotels, Hotels, Hotels!

One of the most awaited additions is the dual branded Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott, which features an impressive 206 rooms. Initially delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, these hotels are expected to welcome their first guests later this summer or early fall. This brings the total number of hotels in Town Madison to seven, with more than 600 rooms now available for weary travelers.

Already open and adding to the hospitality scene is the Homewood Suites, developed by PHD Hotels. Although its ribbon-cutting ceremony is still on the horizon, it’s ready to accommodate guests. With so many hotel options, visitors to Huntsville are sure to find the perfect place to stay.

Delicious Dining Options Abound

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, which can seat over 200 guests, the dining scene is heating up this summer! If you’re craving some Chinese comfort food, Steam Boys is at your service. And let’s not forget Lola’s Cocina, a delightful Mexican restaurant with a convenient drive-thru, which is coming soon from local restaurateurs.

Additionally, plans for The ChopHouse, a sister restaurant to Connors Steak and Seafood, are underway, with an opening expected in about a year. If you’re a Whataburger fan, you’ll be pleased to hear that it will also be joining the lineup, alongside a second Starbucks to keep you caffeinated!

In total, a whopping 27 restaurants have either been announced, are under construction, or have already opened in the area. Foodies, rejoice!

Fun and Entertainment in the Works

Escapology, which will offer thrilling escape room experiences, is under construction and set to open next winter. Plus, if you’re in need of an eye exam, Marx Optical will soon be welcoming patients on the east side of Town Madison.

Growing Families Welcome!

Ardent Preschool and Daycare facility spanning 24,162 square feet is on track to open this fall. The new center will provide quality care and education for our youngest community members, further enriching the Town Madison area.

Residential Developments Taking Shape

138 lots has received the green light from the Huntsville Planning Commission, allowing for even more families to settle into this growing community. And let’s not overlook the second phase of the Ovation apartments, featuring charming cottage-style homes and townhomes.

Improving Infrastructure for Better Access
