Food trucks will be available starting at 11 a.m., offering a range of options for attendees to enjoy. Health professionals will be on hand to provide free glucose and high blood pressure screenings and to answer any questions related to male urology during Men’s Health Awareness Month.

More than 70 organizations are expected to participate, marking this year’s event as the largest in the past four years. Birmingham’s Mayor, Randall L. Woodfin, will also attend, underscoring the significance of mental health initiatives in the community. The main stage will host various activities, including yoga therapy, a sound bath, and a keynote speech by Monaleto C. Irby from the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice. In addition to the activities on the main stage, there will be additional resources provided on the lawn, such as depression screenings, mental health consultations, chair massages, boot camp exercises, and health screenings. Attendees will have the chance to meet Dr. Vincent Bivins, the president of Urology Centers of Alabama, during a scheduled meet and greet from 1 to 2 p.m.
