The inductees are Robert Earl Kelly, W. Stancil Starnes, and William C. Hulsey. Robert Earl Kelly is recognized as the founder of Kelly Road Builders and Kelly Natural Gas Pipeline, both established in 1999. His companies focus on areas including milling, asphalt paving, directional drilling, and gas transmission. In addition to his business achievements, Kelly serves as a trustee for Miles College and as a board member of the Birmingham Airport Authority.

W. Stancil Starnes, formerly the CEO and executive chairman of ProAssurance Corporation, played a pivotal role in advancing the company to become a leading specialty insurer across all 50 states during his tenure from 2007 to 2019. Starnes has garnered numerous accolades in the legal field and has been acknowledged on the Best Lawyers in America list for over 20 consecutive years.

William C. Hulsey has a distinguished background as the former chairman and CEO of Arlington Properties Inc., a firm that has developed more than 15,000 multi-family units.
